Just one film you roared with laughter at.

I watched Grown Ups 2 last night and it was unexpectedly funny, now want comedy Inspiration for tonight please.

Bowfinger. Any heavy showers are referred to as 'chubby rain' in these parts.
I liked the Brady Bunch movie but I think it's a bit Marmite.
Shaun of the Dead.

We had chubby rain the other day! Keep it together... love Bowfinger.

I also love Romy and Michelle's High School Reunion. I cut my foot earlier and my shoe is filling up with blood...

Bad words
Get him to the Greek
The Heat (Sandra Bullock one)

PassMeTheCookies · 30/08/2023 21:51

Girls Trip! It's the only movie where I've gone back to the cinema to watch it a second time. My stomach hurt after from all of the laughing!

Latenightreader · 30/08/2023 21:51

Date Night is the only one of my favourites not yet mentioned.

I love Little Miss Sunshine.

AutumnCrow · 30/08/2023 21:51

The Heat (Sandra Bullock one)

Is that the one where she performed the tracheotomy, because I nearly had a medical episode myself laughing at that. She is so dead-pan. Very good at comedy timing.

KnobbingtonKnobberson · 30/08/2023 21:52

Shaun of the dead, laughed so much the first time I saw it. Also Daddy's Home 2 and lots of Laurel & Hardy films are still laugh out loud funny.

I read a quote on Reddit that said Paul is like sprinkles on the top of the Cornetto Trilogy. Love that.
