Late 30s? He really doesn’t. Compare him to actors of people you know in real life that are late 30s and he looks a lot older. He’s well groomed, physically fit, has a decent (dyed) head of hair, and does look good, but there’s no way he looks in his 30s

He looks amazing in top gun maverick. Face looks fine. They all look gorgeous to be honest in that film

There's a YouTube video by a plastic surgeon, can't remember his name, talking about the work TC has had done. Surgery, botox etc.

Good genes, keeps fit (plus general healthy lifestyle), has very high quality work done without getting tempted to overdo it.

But I reckon Paul Rudd just has a portrait in the attic.

He’s obviously had some work done and he’s had something done to his hair - god knows what, the world of Botox and fillers is not one I know anything about and I’m quite happy to keep it that way. He keeps himself fit and slim, but I think he’s avoided the frozen face/pumped up lips/tweaked up at the corner eyes that a lot of actors in Hollywood seem to end up with - imo he’s looking very good for his age.

His behaviour, on the other hand…

He was very cute in the 90s but he hasn't aged well, not gracefully at all. He could've chosen the wrinkly/grey route but prefers the smoothed out conker look which just isn't pleasant or natural to look at.

When I see a picture of him my eyes immediately go to his teeth - one of his front teeth is in the exact centre ....

Definitely showing my age but IMO you need to start earlier than Risky Business to see the work he's had done. Try The Outsiders......

He looks no more in his 30s than Madonna does. In fact he's got the same allergic reaction to a bee sting as Madonna caused by too most botox and fillers.

He’s had a lot of surgery/Botox/filler.
You can see he’s went a bit overboard now, puffy face and looks a bit shiney.
They can use filters and de aging cgi in films now.
He was good looking around the nineties Should have left himself alone and be a silver fox now.
Also he needs to go back to whoever did his teeth as they are not aligned correctly. You shouldn’t have a tooth in the middle of your smile like he has.

He looks very different (about 20 years younger) in the movies than he does when caught on camera on the red carpet. He's had a lot of work done, but for the movies/tv studios there's a lot to be said for a well chosen camera lens and flattering lighting.
