The Devils Advocate

Weird, good substantial plot, nice clothes/ apartments/ sexy with no cringe sex scenes. Great actors.

Off the top of my head:

Who can even answer this question? There is no greatest movie ever. I don't think I even know anyone who can pick one favourite of all time.

Top 5s are easier.

Nextphonewontbesamsung · 17/06/2019 20:02

@Duckswaddle - have you read the book of Rosemary's Baby? It is brilliant. I always recommend it on favourite book threads! Only seen the film once or twice. But the books has layers that are impossible to portray on screen.

It’s great it have all these heads up as I’ve not seen quite a few ;0)
Dead Man Walking is just such a powerful film .. Sean Penns and Susan Sarandons finest hour in my humble opinion .. for such an emotive subject the whole cast shine

YogaDrone · 20/06/2019 11:12

Vertigo
The Third Man (best British film)
The Godfather Part 2

DinosaursWouldEatYou · 02/07/2019 18:05

Gladiator with Russel Crowe, and all 3 of Planet of The Apes, the newest versions with Andy Serkis as Caesar. And probably Lord of the Rings.
