LauraPalmersBodybag · 08/03/2017 21:08

Nope. It's awful

FreeNiki · 08/03/2017 21:08

I liked it. But then I am not a HP fan.

SweetChickadee · 08/03/2017 21:09

It was ok. It's no Harry Potter...

ILoveMyMonkey · 08/03/2017 21:09

TheHiphopopotamus · 08/03/2017 21:10

I liked it too but I hate Harry Potter with a passion so I was pleasantly surprised by this.

VanillaSugar · 08/03/2017 21:12

I liked it very much and I preferred it to HP.

FreeNiki · 08/03/2017 21:18

The acting is far better than the abysmal Daniel, Emma and Rupert et al too.

TrinityForce · 08/03/2017 21:19

yes definitely worth watching!

Massive HP fan here.

Lovely movie.

BurnTheBlackSuit · 08/03/2017 21:21

No, it was awful and just made me feel cross.

FreeNiki · 08/03/2017 21:21

Oh and it's interesting to learn about MACUSA as opposed to The Ministry of Magic etc.

WeMustGetOffTheMountain · 08/03/2017 21:23

Massive Potter head here. I enjoyed the film. It's not on par with the Potter films, but it's definitely worth a watch.

ItchyFoot · 08/03/2017 21:23

I'm an avid rabid HP fan and I loved it. Went to see it with my equally HP loving sisters and one loved it and the other thought it was meh. Go figure.

babyunicornvomit · 08/03/2017 21:25

I liked it - 7/10.
Family LOVED it. my parents liked it better than Harry Potter and we are all big fans in our family x

ItsReginaPhalange · 08/03/2017 21:29

I liked it and have never seen HP.

MrsDmitriTippensKrushnic · 08/03/2017 21:36

I'm a massive fan of the HP books, and I like the earlier films and love the last few. I really liked Fantastic Beasts, enough to have the blu-ray on preorder and despite getting narked by Eddie Redmayne's bloody mumbling. Speak up and enunciate for the love of all things holy. I'm looking forward to subtitles.

WhoKn0wsWhereTheTimeG0es · 08/03/2017 21:36

I liked it but have never seen HP and have only read the first one.

intheknickersoftime · 08/03/2017 21:40

I took my youngest to see it, DS aged 9. He absolutely loved it, has become a tad obsessed with newt and was desperate for a suitcase. I managed to get him one. I thought it was great. I loved the whole look and feel of the film. It's quite bonkers.

stripeyreds0cks · 08/03/2017 22:25

I like Hp but fell asleep through this, wouldn't recommend

I really enjoyed it. Especially David Archer appearing for about 30 seconds early on (mahoosive Archers fan).

reallyanotherone · 08/03/2017 22:40

We all enjoyed it and will be getting the dvd.

Agree about redmayne and his funny mouth thing though. Annoying.

iamapixiebutnotaniceone · 08/03/2017 22:41
