The sorority joke I think is based on the fact that american students apply to join sororities (student house cliques) and get rejected based on how cool or rich they are (this is purely based on The house bunny, don't judge me!)
So Kappa is a sorority in illinois.
The joke was: Hollywood is sorority racist. We like you Ronda, you're just not kappa.
Assume Ronda is meant to be a black female being rejected for not fitting in with the clique.
I think I have destroyed said joke in deconstructing it
