I am slightly addicted to Netflix, name genres or ones you like to narrow down the suggestions Smile

Chorltonswheelies422 · 12/02/2016 20:57

Any Carry on film
True Lies

londonrach · 12/02/2016 20:58

What sort of film do you feel in mood for? No idea about netflix etc but could recommend happy feel good films which might help if you had a bad week. Xx

Vintage45 · 12/02/2016 20:58

What sort of thing do you like? whats "having a thread"?

fruitandbarley · 12/02/2016 20:59

Cuban Fury or Pride

londonrach · 12/02/2016 21:01

Ok my happy films

Abba.
Prince and i
Music and lyrics (the ending....gets me every time )
Notting hill
Pretty much anything with huge grant
There are others but sure others can give better suggestions....

But you might want someone more gripping

Junosmum · 12/02/2016 21:02

As in I have started a thread in "30 day" vintage

I like most things, in the mood for feel good or comedy. Or gritty, not a lover of action but like sci fi.

Misseuropadiscodancer · 12/02/2016 21:03

Pride.

cranberryx · 12/02/2016 21:03

Odd Thomas on Netflix was really good, it was not what I was expecting but I gve it 5 stars.

I also recently watched liar liar again.

If you fancy it, they also have the good wife - love it. 😄

wigglesrock · 12/02/2016 21:06

I was very pleasantly surprised by Begin Again on Netflix - it was a lovely film.

Vintage45 · 12/02/2016 21:08

Ok, was just asking, didn't know it existed Grin

Any comedy with Sandra Bullock.

Chimchar · 12/02/2016 21:08

I loved The Secret Life of Walter Mitty.

It was a lovely, easy, funny, feel good film.

Not read your other thread, but hope things get better for you soon.

tryingtocatchthewind · 12/02/2016 21:10

I was going to come on to say Begin Again as well, great film and should be a perfect pick me ip

Junosmum · 12/02/2016 21:12

I'm currently watching guardians of the galaxy. Lots of funny bits I've seen it a good few times. I'm watching it on sky though so unsure on Netflix or prime!

Still Alice and Selma are free on one or the other. Not cheery films but brilliant.

Annabel7 · 12/02/2016 21:43

Also agree with Begin Again - bit happier than my other suggestions...

19lottie82 · 12/02/2016 21:43

cotton..... I think you mean all good things Grin

SaucyJack · 12/02/2016 21:47

Warrior is always worth a watch if it's still on Netflix.

SaucyJack · 12/02/2016 21:48

And Gone Baby Gone was good, but I don't think it's anybody's idea of uplifting.

SheDoneAlreadyDoneHadHerses · 12/02/2016 21:50

Little Miss Sunshine is a bloody brilliant feel-good film, doesn't feel like it as the character build is really indepth, but it's just wonderful
What Dreams May Come makes crying a cathartic help
If you like Joss Whedon then Doctor Horrible's Singalong Blog is on youtube in full (and excellent)
Dreamgirls is one of my favourites

(and White Chicks. Don't judge me. It's all about Terry Crews)

ijustwannadance · 12/02/2016 21:51

Antman. Harmless fun.

ijustwannadance · 12/02/2016 21:53

This means war might still be on prime
