Last night I watched the silliest film I think I've ever seen in my life!

Blades Of Glory www.imdb.com/title/tt0445934/. It was on BBC3 and I think it's still on iPlayer now. It was so ridiculous I had to keep watching it

Ok so what about really popular films with silly bits you don't get? This one always annoys me so am hoping somebody can shed some light for me...

In Grease when Danny and Sandy are winning the dance contest (so clearly Sandy's dancing is good enough), why do Danny's friends grab Sandy and pull her off the dance floor so she can be replaced with Cha-Cha somebody? And why doesn't Danny stop them?

Dodgeball ... That's what blades of glory always reminds me of, same sort of humour, I think...

I thought Cha Cha engineered that because her partner wasn't good enough...and Danny was just a lame ass anyway.

Sandy should have dumped Danny and gone for Kinicki!

I watch BOG whenever I'm home ill.

Blades of Glory is about to become one of my favourite movies! I recorded it the other night and am keeping it!

oh come on , those sci fi channel films are tongue-in-cheek. They're meant to be crap and have deliberately ludicrous plots.

How about films that take themselves seriously? Anyone seen The Jackal, the 90's one? Now that is shit .

Fru Mystery Alaska is one of my favourites. I love a cheesy hockey film :o

Boogeyman! Wtf was that all about?! Loads of build up and then they hit the thing with a baseball bat thats 90 minutes of my life I will never get back

We watch BoG on a regular basis! ds2 loves it and I always get sucked into watching it

So here we are in the season of silly and cheesy films and I've just found - but missed the beginning of - Tooth Fairy. As I was trying to work out what it's all about, having arrived upon it half way through, the only clues I'm getting are : ice hockey, a tooth fairy and a tooth fairy who hasn't got any wings

Oh bloody hell, it also includes some sort of guitar contest!

Blades of Glory gets put on in this house when we need to laugh at the ridiculous.

It's crap-comedy gold though I watched it with a friend who's mum is from Ukraine...the moment the stalker comes in and says "I moved to the Ukraine and everyone had guns and smelled like soup" she nearly weed herself laughing at the stereotype

Another BofG fan here, don't usually stupid comedy films but absolutely bloody love it!

Team America World Police is also favourite.

And for those who mentioned Sharknado, upthread, whilst I was flicking between channels the other night I caught Sharknado. I am absolutely lost for words
