Got to be dirty dancing for me. Total snorefest of dull. Never even got to the end.

The snoozefest where he digs a hole out of prison.

The borefest when he pervs on a girl who looks 12 and then gets shot in the back of the head.

Ferris Bueller's Day Off. Far, far too much of an annoying smug bastard character to be likable and I hate the song Twist and Shout due to the association. Awful film; his mate Cameron should have repeatedly reversed the Ferrari over him.

Matthew Broderick redeemed himself with Biloxi Blues though, so all is forgiven.

And i didnt get past the first LOTR film purely because they left the best character in the whole fucking books out....what abominations would be in the next two? I wondered. (fwiw my favourite scene in the book when the forest swallows the orcs was also apparently missing).

Harry Potter. Shocking acting from the main character. Though I did fall asleep about half way through. Never watched any of the following films.

The Blues Brothers Responsible for middle aged men turning up at fancy dress parties in funeral suits and sunglasses because they're boring arseholes too cool to wear proper fancy dress outfits.

Lord of the Rings, definitely. I can't stand fantasy films.

Agree with Mama Mia (stupid stupid storyline, although I like Abba) and Moulin Rouge (cringe).

Best Exotic Marigold Hotel. Recommended by friends as a great feel good movie, lots of raving about it in the media etc.

One of the most boring films I have ever seen, although I did fall asleep halfway through so maybe the second half was better? I'm not going to bother watching it again to find out.
