A 'scary' film for a 10yr old boy?

My DS is having a sleepover for his birthday and has asked to watch a 'scary' film. Any suggestions? The other kids are all pretty tough so not worried too much about tears at bed time but don't want to damage kids for life either. I will obviously check with other parents too. TIA for any suggestions.

Ghostbusters sounds a good choice, but please do check with the other parents. My ds has no tolerance at all for scariness at all...

Jurassic park, but watch it first yourself to check. I have no idea what its rating is though and a minefield showing a film to other peoples kids without permission.
