Cringey I know but now and then DH and I have "date night" and watch a weepy romance together but it's been a while since we watched one that we can honestly say "WOW that was fab" P.s I love you is my fave, I love the message behind it and it really makes me appreciate what I have. Any good recommendations? Tia

Yes to Breakfast At Tiffany's (although it changed the book a lot).

Dp and I both love Notting Hill.

Jane Austen films - Sense And Sensibility has Alan Rickman, which makes it almost perfect in my book!

The Wedding Singer for romantic comedy and great music.

RemusLupinsBiggestGroupie · 06/02/2012 18:22

Ah - missed the 'weepy' bit. How about An Officer And A Gentleman?

I just picked up a DVD of Love Story in Asda for £3. It was my first romance film.

My other fav is Pretty Woman - mainly for the young RG and the gorgeous dresses!

How embarrassing! Blush

One Day.

Watched it the other night. I'd already read the book so knew the plot but it still had me sniffling.
