I'd take time off work to go to the gallery for that court case. I'd love to see AC try.

Also, AC wasn't dead named, SP clearly referred to the name AC was at the time of the events, or in reference to the name AC was given at birth. SP left out the Bullring and various other details, AC got off lightly.

Let's not forget that AC is about to get married and ACs soon-to-be-spouse is named in the documentary as is ACs mother so any court case involving the content would mean the scope could involve them too.

Great film and shines a light on the dangers of self id. While it would be wholly counterproductive for Aimee to take this on in court there is the issue Aimee has a legal fiction GRC which in theory gives privacy over revealing ones trans identifying status, deadnaming/"misgendering" and so on. Maybe its only employers but it shows the lunacy when everyone knows who Aimee is as with many TRAs, and the potential to use some technicality over issues of this magnitude.

The privacy issue can't apply if you relentlessly tell the public at large that you're trans.

And it's only in a medical/employment setting anyway, I believe.

Misgendering and deadnamimg aren't illegal.
