This should really be in the charities noticeboard but mental health has such a personal effect on people's lives that I am putting it here.
I would be delighted to have your support for my tiny mental health charity here in Kenya, we see around 300 patients a month in two clinics where they get diagnosed, medication and support. These people have nothing and we try to give them and their families a bit of stability.
