yes she did (prozac - flu something) - she asked why I feel I need them; I said not sleeping, not washing, not eating ... she asked if I self-harmed or wanted to die and did I hear or see things other people don't (all no) and then wrote the script saying I can go back in 2 weeks if I need to touch base or a month and it may take 6 weeks to get steady on them...

Fluroxotine - yep am on that too. I'm glad she was so nice about it Do go back at the two week oppotunity, just so she can see how you're doing, and you can reassure yourself that you're not doing it by yourself.

Give yourself a pat on the back, its so bloody hard to admit you need help sometimes.

do you have to take it the same time each day?

I've been sat here staring at the packet... one hurdle to get them, another to put them in my mouth - how absurd (obsurd??) am I!

Nope, just take them when you get up. Or that's what I do at least, you can take them in the evening if you prefer.

I know what you mean, I had that problem, especially after my ODs. Try taking them with a glass of fruit juice, makes it easier for me, for some reason.
