That's great news.

Have to remember how I felt today and keep that for when if I have a bad day.

And here I go again.

I still feel better but can feel the panicky thoughts coming as feeling okay is so alien to me.

FBG You'll be fine. Just try to stay nice and calm. Concentrate on the fact that you have felt ok, whether it be for 10 mins or 2 hours. I don't know your history or anything, but I know for me, the fact that I could feel ok for even 10 mins was a sign things were moving in the right direction.
Don't put any pressure on yourself. It's ok to perk up and then tumble down again. Tomorrow you may feel better for double the time before you feel shit again iyswim. It's all good. TC

Thank you.

Have had a very hectic morning but feel okay.
Done some errands and now home doing jobs - even just sorting out half the kitchen has helped as it looks so much better.

Makeing chocolate fudge brownies for the kids and then I am having some MN me time.
