My GP has halved my dose of ADs.

Not sure how I feel about it.

Were you on them long? Were you feeling better?

I have been on this higher dose for a few months and I feel no better than when I was on the lower dose so he felt there was no point me being on them. he just wants me off them imo.

I guess he is kind of right as some of my problems can not be helped with drugs but I am starting day one and seeing if I can get myself better.

can the ADs be changed? Or have you tried others? Have you tried any other treatment?

I have an appointment for psychotherapy next week.

I have had other tablets but these work the best. I have had other stuff that no tablets can help with and I think I had just had enough this morning and the GP didn't get what I was trying to say.

Hopefully the psychotherapy will work better Also they may be able to suggest something different to take, if that's what you need. Good luck with it
