Essbee, I think you should try and push all the emotional stuff away and just try to concentrate on looking after yourself physically. Think of yourself as being as important to you as one of your children. Give yourself exercise, give yourself a good diet, give yourself adequate rest and relaxation - just as you would a child. Keep yourself in good shape physically even though you are bumping along the bottom at the moment. Then when the good stuff turns up, and it will, you will be ready to appreciate it. Yes, I know its easier said than done, but just try, with baby steps. Remember, you are impprtant to you.

These new tabs will help with that. Everything crossed for you!

SoupDragon · 26/04/2005 19:20

You're not going to try and take control again, you are going to do it. Change the way you think about thins into a positive. I WILL rather than I SHOULD.

Essbee, just wanted to say I'm thinking of you too.

soapbox · 26/04/2005 21:17

Essbee - just seen this - are you okay?

DH is out tonight but if you need me to pop over anytime (provided its before I've hoovered up a bottle of wine ) then just let me know!

Do you still have my mobile number - if not email me and I'll let you have it. I'd rather you called if things go pear shaped than suffer in silence and since I'm trying sooooo hard to limit my time on here I wouldn;t necessarily see any of your threads until after that bottle of wine

I've also found a folder of car stuff which you must have left here so let me know your address and I'll stick it in the post to you!

Hope things get smoother for you soon and that hte new ADs work better for you - but please call if you ever need any help! I'll be if you don't!

I think if he is going to be paying you 2 weeks later then he will owe you 2 weeks money. He can't just change the date to suit himself without making sure it suits you too.

Well, what ever else you do, make sure you tell the bank that the arse is being an arse, and get a temporary (sp) overdraft.

kid · 27/04/2005 20:24

he obviously forgot to mention it to you too on your behalf.

MarsLady · 27/04/2005 20:30
