I had anxiety issues and panic attacks when i was a teenager and saw a cousellor (nhs so not very often) when i stopped going i thought i was 'cured', now i realise you cant be cured but can only manage it through learned techniques.

Fast forward 10 years and i am probably worse than i was 10 years ago, i dont suffer from the same type of panic attacks, before there was shortness of breath and thinking i was going to have a heart attack, now i have a problem with food, i wont/cant eat if im going out anywhere, i wait until i come home, i take anti diaorreah tablets if we have anything planned for the next day incase i get ill, i live in fear that i'll have sickness and diaorreah, i only go places that have toilets i avoid sistuations that i have to be in strange places 'just incase' i cant eat in public. My dd goes to school and my ds goes to nursery so i dont eat anything till they are both home, i sit all day worrying that something will happen to them when they are at school/nursery and i will have to go and get them.

I know this isnt normal behaviour, i know i need help! But will happen to me, what will they do to help me? and what about my dc?
