Does anyone know of any good counselling services in north west london that is not too expensive,?as I cant really afford it. I have been on the waiting list at my GP for over 6 months so that I can be referred for therapy for depression, I went back to my GP last week and was told it could be ages before I finally get to see someone .I have tried a few different ADs but none seem to agree with me, I feel very down so if anyone can give me any info I would be very grateful.
