round my body again - I know why - we are going away for the weekend.

I have to get things done but am finding it hard to move. My cheeks are flushed - trying to stop biting my cheeks and tongue.

Just want to cry.

need to do one thing at once and need to stop holding my breath

have no idea where to start
writing on here to calm myself a bit so I can carry on.

You are all being so kind.
I am going to try to make a cuppa.

trying to only think of that rather than all the other things I have to do before DH comes home at lunchtime.

Argh just typing that has made me think of ALL the things I have to do ARRGH..

So lets try this -

Yan, tan, tether, mether, pimp, sether, hether, hother, dother, dick, yan dick, tan dick, mether dick, bumfit, yan bumfit, tan bumfit, tether bumfit, mether bumfit, gigot.

apparently that is counting to 20 in traditional cumbrian language.

I HAVE A CUPPA!!

I have set the timer (fly style) for 15 minutes
and am not going to try not to worry about anything till the beeper goes off.

the rude counting comes from a childrens poetry book that Alexander bought me to read.

how lovely!!

can i be nosey and ask where you are going??

ByThePowerOfGreyskull · 23/01/2009 11:02

We are going to PiL tonight to settle the boys in with them then tomorrow morning we are going into London for our Christmas pressies.
He bought us a sunset flight on the london Eye - I bought us evening tickets to the Mark Rothko Exhibition and then we are going out for dinner at Smiths of smithfields.
My sister bought us a night at "the rookery"

then we are meeting PiL & DS's in Chinatown for Dim Sum on Sunday.

I should be looking forward to it instead of being so frightened!
