Anyone had a baby whilst on Sertraline?

I'm currently on 50mg/day of Sertraline and have been for the last 8 months or so; and just had a positive pregnancy test at the weekend. During my previous pregnancies I had severe and extreme pre-natal anxiety, insomnia and OCD. I'm currently on the Sertraline for anxiety and insomnia and I really don't want to have to stop if I can avoid it as I am terrified of how unstable I was during my last pregnancies. Does anyone experience of taking Sertraline in pregnancy?

Hi I’m 38 weeks pregnant. The last few months I’ve been really bad with panic attacks and not sleeping. Or waking up every hour I think it’s down the Sertaline I’m taking anyone else experienced this?

Hi hun just wondering if you can give me some advice, I know this is old but I am really struggling with anxiety at 16 weeks pregnant and cannot make a decision wether to start ads to help! Is your daughter happy and healthy? I am terrified that my anxiety will harm this baby but also terrified that the medication will too I can’t win 😩😩😩
any advice would be greatly appreciated xxx
