Thats it really, read up on the net, but would appreciate any practical input about adult/ child management?

Have you tried www.adders.org ? It's a really informative site with a good forum for adults or parents of children with ADD (or ADHD)

Or you could try posting on the special needs site on here about managing a child with ADD (apologies if you have already)
