I have PND after third child, started citalopram yesterday and feel pretty bad

Can anyone tell me how long the tablets take to kick in and lose the side effects? I feel worse than I did before

just wanted to follow this thread up to say that im already feeling loads better, been on them a week today and after first couple of days have felt steadily better all week and light is appearing at end of tunnel!
