After some advice please. Ive had anxiety for years and dont drive because of it so it does have a big impact on my life Im in my 40s now. Since I had my little girl 4 years ago my emotional state is another level. I have so much empathy for other people it is not normal. Mostly surrounding my little girl if shes sad and crying I just feel it and start crying myself instead of being able to be a normal parent and deal with it. A friend was talking about before her mum passed and I was in tears not her I feel so embarrassed that Im like this Ive cried in a number of school meetings with the teachers as my daughter has additional needs how can I stop
being like this. I feel like Im crazy.

i take proponol , almost no side effects and it's great! Have you gone to your GP?

You’re not crazy or doing anything wrong. It sounds like your emotions are getting overwhelmed very easily, especially when it comes to your daughter. Given how much it’s affecting your life, I’d speak to your GP or a therapist about it rather than feeling embarrassed or trying to manage it alone.
