Anyone on antidepressants taking anything to help with sexual side effects?

For those on ADs where a side effect is sexual dysfunction, is there anything you take alongside this to counteract this?

I cant believe that something cant be done. Many years ago I wasn't aware or told about SD.
Ive just asked google AI 🙄 although some things looked promising, they were not available in UK. But it did suggest the off label Bupropion could be prescribed if you've tried lots of other alternatives, which I have. But as I would like to stay on my nightly trazadone, because its so good for my insomnia, it might be tricky BIG SIGH
