Does sertraline “wear off”? i am on 50mg

I was prescribed for panic
Attacks and anxiety during a stressful job. They stopped as I stopped doing the job. But now am so low and depressed wondering if I need a higher dose!

Yes. The GP told me they're fast release and can have a big impact if youre not on the right dose or miss one

50mg is a very low dose of Sertraline so you probably do need to increase to 100mg at least
