Anxiety tingling in face and around mouth

I have had a big jump in anxiety. Has anyone experienced tingling in face and around mouth. I also have tinnitus

Hyperventilating can give you feelings of tingling like that, is it possible that your anxiety is driving some hyperventilation?

I get this, particularly in my left cheek. I've had it on and off for years (thanks perimenopause anxiety!) I also suffer tinnitus all the time. I'm under ear, nose and throat for the tinnitus but suspect it is caused by anxiety. Sorry no solution for you. My dh says just to chill and not worry so much 🤦‍♀️🙄
