My GP put me on it yesterday, mainly for severe anxiety/panic. Seems to work by resetting your nervous system as well as antidepressant.
i have to say, having only taken it once, it works!
i woke up decidedly calmer this morning. I thought it was the placebo effect but apparently it can work that quickly.
downside of course is having not eaten for over a week and lost half stone I’m now absolutely starving, even the curtains are starting to look tasty.
anyway, was just wondering if anyone else has experienced this quick uptick if you’ve suffered with panic/anxiety?

Do you mean mirtazepine as metronidazole is an antibiotic.

It works well in a lot of people but appetite does increase a lot.

I tried it but gained 4 stone in as many months and couldn't shift it, so had to stop. Didn't do much for me, in any case.
