I’m on a bad place. Abusive marriage ended. Verbal, physical, financial. So glad it’s over.

In a dark place. Financially ruined.

I can’t see a way out. Desperate to. But sleeping lots. Chronic procrastination.

Scared about everything. I’m useless.

so have had counselling before. Nothing helped. .

Maybe one who has training/experience in helping survivors of abusive relationships? Women's Aid might have a listing by area or you could look at local DV support organisations.

I'm so sorry, it sounds like you've been through the mill with everything.

The chronic procrastination and needing to sleep all the time can be signs of PTSD which can happen as a result of abusive relationships. So you could also ask your GP about referral for this.

Hi op, that sounds really hard. In coming through dark times I've looked on it as needed a patchwork quilt of support that I've had to make myself. So it could be a friend to help with finances, or support from a debt charity. Some CBT to help with procrastination. The Freedom Programme to help with overcoming impact of abuse. Seeing the GP to help with depression or to discuss whether you have PTSD.
