hurrah, just went to see new doc for new prescrition of ADs, and she put me up to 60mg!

Wasnt expecting that really, all the other docs i have seen have always refused to put up my dosage, but this (new and lovely) doc did it straight away and really listened to me.

Also have very expensive CBT man to see in couple of weeks, he is meant to be v good!

PLEASE PLEASE let the only way be up!

hurrah, well done! And good for expensive CBT person - mine is astronomical but brilliant. You gets what you pay for! Countless pieces of research say that CBT and the right meds are the most effective treatment - and you're about to get that, so hurrah for brighter horizons!
