I appreciate that you have enough maturity to ask other parents for their opinions.

I would say that fights NEVER solve or resolve problems. They leave people feeling hurt, angry, humiliated and vengeful.

If there is any way you can move in different circles to this girl, then do it. If you could get to the point where you just nod when you pass each other, without feeling you have to have anything to do with each other, that would be a MUCH better solution than fighting.

You are on the verge of being a woman and really, adult women CANNOT go around fighting to solve disputes without getting a seriously bad reputation among anyone they hang out with.

Good luck with this. You could also try calling CHILDLINE to talk to someone in confidence about all the stuff that is bothering you.

here's some advice get a name for being a smart clever nice to know young woman rather than some stroppy bird who likes scrapping

Fighting it is not big,it is not clever

in life you will meet some people who love you, you will meet some people who hate you. those are the breaks

most of all you need to love yourself. allow people to love you

self confidence and self esteem make you the better young woman not raising your fists

clearly you are sensitive because this has troubled you. so deep breath walk away
