venlafaxine withdrawal effects

I have been Reading the threads on here about venlafaxine. Has anyone else been on this drug? As long as I have which is 10 years? I want to start withdrawing from it. some one mentioned brain zap. if I forget to take my medication I know by the afternoon because I feel weird and get this clicking or sparking. It's difficult to explain it sounds like electricity in my head. Has anybody else had any strange effects from this drug?

You can get 37.5 on prescription and open the capsules there are 3 tablets inside, each one is 12.5 mg so take either one or two of the tablets inside the capsule. That's what I'm doing, down to 1 little tablet, 12.5 mg

Yes , I did that too . I did several weeks before reducing down 3,2,1 balls !

However , I was caught out on one occasion because one brand has powder rather than the little balls
Fortunately , the pharmacist was able to change the brand I was given !
This is the extended release type of venafalaxine .

I didn't know different brands have powder inside, did the pharmacist change them even though you'd opened a capsule? It was someone on here that said about opening the capsule.
