JJ just read your post sorry I can't offer advice. I can recommend a therapist whose works process involves metaphors.she helped me many moons ago CAT me if you like. I wish you all the luck with finding someone suitable

I have an appointment with the GP next week.
I have spoken at length to my sister who with my dh has been amazing.
I have clearly acknowledged the presence of a suitcase hiding under the bed.

next stage is to work with an external party to leave it behind
