So i have been struggling with depression recently . My anti depressants have been increased . I am generally much more able to mask and go about my life hiding my feelings.

What i am still really struggling with is voices in my head... Its sounds like muffled chatting most of the time. At times with my own thoughts thrown in. I take lots of medication to help sleep.

Relaxation does nothing but make all the voices louder.

Any advice or experience?

Speak to the gp and ask for a referral to a psychologist if possible so you can get the right medication

It would be a psychiatrist to prescribe MH medication.

Make an urgent GP appointment as it could be psychosis.

I saw the gp . They think I have serotonin syndrome. So having to rapidly reduce antidepressants but still struggling .

I am going to be reviewed in 2 weeks but can be seen sooner if needed.
