I don't know what to do about my care coordinator (cpn)

A couple of months ago I got a new cpn. She is very negative, picking apart anything I say. I already find it hard to talk to professionals, particularly when I'm unwell (like now), and it doesn't help. She also makes threats about telling my care company about how I am now (I'm physically disabled too), which leads me to not discuss the subjects that bring that about. She also confuses me, sometimes suggesting something to try, but other times being dead against it (such as the use of prn). I tried talking to my GP about it, but she put in her notes that I was paranoid about the mental health team, and I don't think I am being? I don't know if there's anything I can do about this, any ideas appreciated?

There isn't any way of changing the way that someone communicates, it's too hard for them.

Keep some written records and request a new CPN. I'm not sure who you go to for that but there must be a complaint service.

Maybe contact PALS

Thanks - I'm just worried the team will say I'm being paranoid...
