People who work in MH, Why did you go into the profession? If that’s ok to ask

Thanks Witchsharkadder I can imagine that is very rewarding. It’s lovely you care. Its actually good to hear someone who works in MH talk about the systemic nonsense, its causes problems, but rarely is it acknowledged (is sometimes but rarely), so that’s nice to hear a professional reference it. Thank you

Thank you Nemasu, you probably make a bigger difference than what you realise, even if there aren’t big changes in MH status, being treated well by professionals, patients remember for many years/forever & whilst that may not show as improved mental health & necessarily be evident, it is something as a patient you take with you that has a profound positive effect on you & your life. If that makes sense.
