I am currently waiting for a phone assessment as part of my ESA application. For the last 10 years I have been on Sertraline (200mg) daily. I have diagnosed anxiety, ocd and depression. I've lost my last 2 jobs due to being unable to manage my mental health. I've been in contact with the mental health team for about 8 months. I have had CBT previously and would like to have some sort of therapy again.
I have recently left an abusive relationship which has left me completely unable to function properly, even more so than before.
My anxiety is at an all time high waiting for the call, I was wondering if anyone has been through this recently and if you could advise me what I can expect.
