Anxiety about kids health

Every time my kids are unwell I just get this overwhelming anxiety and feeling of dread. How do I get past it? It's not exactly that I think something bad is going to happen for example 1 child has had nausea most of today. He hasn't actually vomited or had diarrhea or anything but he's not himself. The other has been coughing non stop. I'm sure it's hayfever.
So neither things are really worrying me that it's something particularly bad (although I do sometimes have a tendency to spiral and panic myself that it could be something terrifying) but even when I'm not "worried" as such I still get anxiety to the point I'm distracted, racing heart, shaky. Why? I'm super blase about my own health, absolutely don't get this feeling if I'm ill (although I obviously hate it) and how do I get past it?
Doing a bit of self reflection I think it's partly the responsibility. It's like it's on me to know if something is actually bad and not to miss it. So I'm like super hyper vigilant.
