Feeling utterly depressed today.

Not sure why, i know i go up & down but today everything thats going wrong in my life or is irratating me is really taking it's toll.

Life is hard, things are hard & i want to give up.

Not really sure why i started this thread just needed to get it off my chest.

Also, a thread like this can help you remember that not all days are black - when you feel down it's hard to see how you're ever going to feel differently.

How do you feel about going back to work?

Hi Janni, very true, i had a bad day yesterday, feeling okish today just tired.

Feeling ok about going back to work, i think it will do me the world of good to be honest, yes it will be tiring but also it will help me slowly regain my life back just a tad.
