Hi all,
I work for 'Shed Talks' mental health podcast and thought the most recent episode with Mary Ryan was helpful and illuminating for parents, so I thought I'd share (if I'm allowed?)

She's a mother of four, a wife, she was a GP for 35 years and was diagnosed with Borderline Personality Disorder. I think it's an interesting listen for parents who struggle with mental health, particularly with BPD and/or psychiatric hospital admissions. She's a really intelligent and brave woman trying to get the word out more about BPD as it's quite commonly diagnosed but not often talked about (as opposed to depression, bipolar etc).
If you listen, let me know what you think.
