Could Mental health services have blacklisted me?

I was under children's adult MH services (5 years), I was assaulted and now have been diagnosed with lots of mental illnesses..and seriously struggling.

2 years ago I experienced a psychotic breakdown and was admitted under section 2 for 28 days.

A month after I was discharged from my local mental health team. A family member of mine put a complaint about my treatment into PALS but I refused to sign it fearing getting anyone into trouble etc.

I have been trying to get back under them as i really need help as I'm bed bound and have nearly given up.

Could it be to do with the PALS complaint I didn't sign? I can't afford private at the moment or I'd definitely have it.

No I don’t think so, can you go back via your GP and be referred?

Thank you so much for your reply : ) 6th time lucky I hope... they keep fobbing me off and referring me to a team that will contact me on the phone for a hour a month and it's not helpful for me
