After seeing the great advice on another thread about mental health and sick leave I thought I'd ask about my situation. I have less than 2 years service.
I have been off on long term sick with severe depression and anxiety for a few months. Work are following their processes and I believe will be considering dismissal as next steps unless I can provide certainty about returning soon.
My sick pay is due to end soon and I'll have no income. If they dismiss me, will I be paid in full for my notice period of 4 weeks, or given my sick pay is about to run out might they give me notice and I won't get any salary, only accrued holiday pay?
