Privately diagnosed with EUPD/CPTSD - hope of CMHT referral

So my psychiatry letter is scanned into my gp records. How hard is it to get access to the cmht?

You'll need to ask your GP for a referral. What is it your hoping for with the CMHT though? I have EUPD and the only support I was offered was MBT with a 3 year waitlist.
