Has anyone ever had hypnotherapy for fear of flying? Did it work for you and can you now fly without fear?

Hypnotherapy is excellent for phobias, including fear of flying. My mum and my daughter have both been successful with this

Hi! Would you believe that I help people with anxiety over flying. In fact I wrote a book to help people with this anxiety. Yes, to hypno helping! If you can find a therapist who also incorporates other modalities/therapies you'll do well. You see, often that 'fear' grows from some other experience that's attached to flying, and its important to uncover and deal with that original experience, and often that fear of flying just disappears. Every single client I've had, this has been the case. I even experienced this 'fear' a good few years ago which had its origins in a particularly unpleasant flight with a husband who complained about me throughout - and I mean the whole 'you're stupid/ugly/whatever'. And what did I do without realising? I attached all those horrible sick, sweaty, unable to escape feelings to - flying! If you just have hypno is will be useful, it will work but it won't be gone completely - and for some that's okay.
