I wanted to let you know about an app that the company I work for has developed called UB-OK.
This app has been designed in collaboration with the NHS and is specifically designed to help young people with their mental health, with content around stress, anxiety, low mood and even how to cope with functional conditions like IBS! 🤩
The app currently has 3 programmes, with an exam stress programme soon to be released, made up of around 8/9 conversations that have been carefully written and designed by our in-house mental health experts (including our CEO who is a qualified counsellor!)
Combining psychological theory with practical behavioural techniques, we provide support and coping skills for young people right in the palm of their hand 🌻
Following our successful technical launch, we are currently recruiting participants for user testing. I've attached the recruitment criteria to this post, along with our Instagram handle where you can find more images and videos from the app to give you an idea of what we do.
