Out of nowhere last night I had a huge anxiety attack. I couldn’t sleep, felt really frightened of nothing, had a nervous feeling etc.
It came out of the blue a little as I’d had a good day. I’d done a little exercise (not loads) but overall, nothing really had happened.
I’m wondering if maybe it might have been triggered by something I ate? (I didn’t eat well yesterday at all). I might be clutching at straws!
So I wonder if it’s a thing? Does anyone else have any lifestyle anxiety triggers? (I can’t drink alcohol anymore, but apart from that I didn’t think I did.)
