There is a book called Why has Nobody Told me this Before by Dr Julie Smith. I liked its straight talking nature and there are tools too, so you can do some of the exercises yourself.

Also look out for any CBT app that helps you keep your thoughts in check. They are all pretty good tbh. I use Thought Diary. It helps with the anxiety but also when you doubt yourself, writing it down makes you feel much better.
