Ive been on 50mg sertraline and getting very panicky, pains in chest, dizzy, no sleep. Increased yesterday to 100mg and im completely strung out. Dont feel a thing. Calm, Quiet thoughts. But literally not able to do anything. Im scared to take todays dose. How long will this last. I need to go to work later?
