Day 2 Sertraline- feel so dizzy

I started Sertraline 50mg yesterday, so have taken 2 tablets, I feel very light headed and not myself. Is this normal after just 2 days ? Im aware I might feel emotionally worse before I feel better but didn't expect to feel physically unwell.

So will I have to wean myself off Sertraline and start all over with new meds

It sounds like you should have a chat with your Doctor OP, I think they should be your first port of call, rather than a mumsnetter, as what you need to do is talk about alternatives.
