Hi All

NC for this for obvious reasons.

I'm booked for a 28-day stay as an inpatient at the Cardinal Clinic in Windsor for a combination of depression therapy and alcohol detox, and was wondering if anyone has any personal experience of it? I chose it over various local Priory hospitals due to the terrible feedback they've had recently.

Hoping to find someone who's been there as I'm a bit nervous Confused.

I've just started treatment as a day outpatient.

I find them excellent- they show kindness and compassion in bucket loads.

I'm impressed but as as I say, it's early days and I've only just started going there.

Grounds are beautiful and it's a lovely and serene place.

Wishing you the very best of luck in your treatment and hope you feel much better soon 💕

I only have experience of the outpatient services, but they have always been excellent.

Thank you both, that's most reassuring. My other options were Life Works in Woking - but you are sometimes required to share a room! - and Roehampton Priory, but that just seems so vast to me. Plus I believe you're not allowed a phone or any other technology, which seems very harsh.

Cardinal seems much smaller and more personal somehow.
