Covid booster side effects vs. Health anxiety

Had my Covid booster on Thursday - all three of my vaccines have been Pfizer. The first one left me completely exhausted with a headache, the second was fine, and the third, she put the needle in right at the top of my arm and it's still sore! Both other times it's been a lot further down and to be honest I didn't even feel it, but man alive I felt this one go in! 🙈

I have low B12 iron deficiency too. I started one course of tablets in May last year, then over Christmas I felt like I didn't need to breathe if that makes sense? And had palpitations and chest pain, then worried myself sick for a few days (I suffer with health anxiety) before I realised my iron levels must have dipped again. Called my GP who said my iron levels are very, very low and I should have been on a repeat prescription rather than a one off, and has put me on 3 tablets a day for 6 months, and said I'll likely need to be on them for the rest of my life. Started taking them and felt a million times better! Ive only been back on them for about a week and a half but I do feel like they're starting to kick in. Then got myself stressed about my booster before having it, then had it and worried myself again, and now because I have palpitations I'm putting 2 and 2 together and getting 47 🙈 I know the palpitations are linked to my low B12 as I've them for around 2 years now, but my health anxiety is just taking over and telling me it's all linked. Wish there was a magic cure!
